We all love food. Whether it's a spicy chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-a or flaming' Chester hot fries. Whatever you enjoy, we know there is a balance. I'm not perfect, but I do my best to fit a healthy meal in my diet. Here is my go-to meal plan. Feel free to share yours.
I buy my produce Groceries at Costco in bulk every week. I'll usually get different fruits every other week, so I don't get tired of eating the same thing. I will have my first meal in the afternoon which is fruit with either a yogurt parfait, in my smoothies, or by themselves.

Sweet and yummy, a huge shoutout to B.H. for taking the time to make every smoothie for me. A Vitamix blender is used to combine all of these ingredients together and it gets the job done.

These are my snacks when I'm not in the mood for any fruit or when I don't have dinner cooked yet. The hunks are so good, especially if you are looking for a bedtime snack.

I remember learning to cook at 7, I'd make the famous Beef and Potatoes with shimá(mom's) frybread. Over the years, I've picked up "go-to" meals to make and I'm still learning.
